Meet Our Director
My name is Haley Wright, and I am one of the Center Directors at Kids-N-Fitness East! With 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I take great pride and joy in being able to work with our community’s youth. I chose this career because I love teaching young children and mentoring staff with their professional development. I am a certified Child Development Associate Professional and help assist current childcare professionals who are working towards their lead teacher credentials. Growing up in Cerro Gordo, I have always loved being a part of a small town and being able to provide a home-like atmosphere to the families in our care. You will likely find me helping out with kids in the community, volunteering at the local food pantry, or enjoying time with my family and friends.
Meet Our Director
My name is Carrie Dilbeck and I am one of the Center Directors at Kids-N-Fitness East. With 30 years of experience in early childhood education, it is a privilege to see the smiles on the children’s faces and earn the trust of our parents who know that we care for and love their children like our own. I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and belong to several early childhood education groups in the state of Illinois and nationwide, allowing me to remain at the forefront of best practices in early childhood education. I live in the Mt. Zion, IL area with my husband, two kids, two cats, and three German Shepards. I love spending time with my family and enjoy all things Disney, especially planning Walt Disney World vacations.
